ummm, kulot?! na naman!

Kulot is back! After months of saying “magpapakulot ako”, I got around to doing it. Finally! And I can’t help but wear my silly grin again!
Why? I don’t know. I just wanted to do something drastic and outrageous (again!). And well maybe I kinda associated my permed hair to the great year I had way back when I first tried it.
Yes it was a great year. 2003. I was with Summit then. Although the culture there was very open, I still got the shocked/horrified look from my officemates when I showed up w/ a very kinky do right after the Edsa 2 long weekend. Why not? Rebonding was the fad back then. But the curly hair grew on me 
And perhaps it became the COOL symbol of my topak.
So maybe that’s it! I guess I might be a tad too superstitious over things and the hair is probably one of those. I had a great time then. Maybe I will again now. If I don’t get lucky, then at least I looked good hahaha

My sincerest apologies to a few friends who panicked with my mms. Sorry na! I have no way of knowing you would only get the first pix. Fine! I earned the F@#$ you! reply. I really did look like i was prepped for OR :p 
And btw, I’m now a firm believer that the ones who do great perming are the obscure old fashioned mala-beauty parlor type establishments. Who would have thought that some unheard of Hortaleza Salon in Kalentong gave me these fab curls? I just discovered it by some accident when I was too lazy to commute to my pakulot suki Vina’s Salon at the UP Shopping Center hehehe
