travels and passports

what do you call someone who’s majored in tourism, has worked for years in the travel industry, loves to go places, but has no passport? ambot! i certainly don’t know what to call myself. all my friends assume i have the freakin’ document and yet i don’t. bakit nga ba? i certainly have filled up a dozen applications, a lot of expired authenticated birth certificates, the desire to travel and yet up to now it’s still a stash of worthless papers. it’s always been in my "things to accomplish this year" list since i got into college. if i am to evaluate the past years based on that goal, it would appear i have not accomplished anything. it has come to a point that friends think i’m actually joking whenever i say i don’t have one. nakakatawa na nakakainis…
why all this rantings? kras just left for bangkok this morning. and yes inggit na naman ako. would have packed my stuff and joined the fun. and ed just came back from his honeymoon in kota and spent very little for airfare. hmp! dapat kasi kinakarir ko na to eh! arghhh!!!! katapulan gyud nimo inday! ambot… ambot… ambot!

I have tried to come up with an adjective for you while we were in Bangkok! To no avail!
It is quite a funny and yet extremely frustrating thing!
And maybe,just maybe,you are scared deep inside…that maybe you are going to like it too much and to think that you still have responsibilities that you have to face.
Then maybe,fate really does not want you to have it!?
I passed by this place in Poulsbo that posts interesting things outside its building….last week it posted…”Destiny is not by luck.It is by choice.”
